Unfortunate layout makes it hard to avoid noise disturbances at night!!! Maintenance definitely needs to address cleanliness issues in public areas like restrooms!!!

This place shines with friendly staff and soft, warm breakfast options! The pancake maker delighted my daughter, while the lobby shop proved handy for quick snacks. Yet, beware of thin walls and hard mattresses that left me craving comfort. A decent stay, but sleep quality may not meet everyone's standards.

The food truck in the parking lot was incredible, and the staff were very friendly. However, the internet speed was unimpressive and the carpet felt a bit dated.

The hotel had a fantastic breakfast and the staff, particularly Yoselin, provided exceptional service, turning our stressful arrival into a positive experience. However, I did encounter issues with room cleanliness and aggressive housekeeping that detracted from the overall stay.

A Close-to-Perfect Stay with Minor Flaws

The room was spacious and immaculate, perfect for my family's needs. We loved walking to nearby eateries. However, the breakfast left something to be desired—better coffee options would elevate the experience. Still, the outstanding staff made up for it! Highly recommend for families visiting Denver.

And don't get me started on the local eateries. Real de Minas IV Montbello had some killer grilled steaks that rocked my taste buds. Oh, and gotta give mad props to Crystal and the other front desk staff for their stellar problem-solving vibes.

But on the flip side, the mattress felt like a brick—totally wrecked my sleep. And I had a wild night when the front desk disrupted my beauty sleep at 1:39am to sort out their check-in blunder. Talk about a rough wake-up call!

The bed was uncomfortably hard.

The location was perfect for checking out a Denver Nuggets game at the Pepsi Center and the nightlife at Larimer Square. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was decent. Nice clean pool too!

The only downside was the beds. They felt too firm for my liking and could disrupt sleep.

Had an awesome time staying in a standard room with two queen beds. The room had a microwave, mini fridge, and a flat-screen TV. Really enjoyed the pool and spa. Breakfast was solid with plenty of options. Staff was super friendly, especially the breakfast attendant. Overall good vibes around the hotel.
